Within a month, the number of Himars M142 MLRS launchers in Ukraine increased by 4 times.

To date, there are at least 16 Himars M142 MLRS launchers in Ukraine. This number does not include the M270 MLRS rocket systems, which also arrived in Ukraine a few days ago. This indicates the fact that by the current moment the Armed Forces of Ukraine have almost two dozen American weapons, although officially Kyiv only announced the appearance of 9 Himars and MLRS MLRS units in service. Such information is provided by the REVERSE SIDE OF THE MEDAL Telegram channel, which is closely associated with Russian private military companies (PMCs).

According to the data presented, American weapons are deployed in almost all frontline areas, and the main forces of American weapons are concentrated on the territory of the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine.

“In Ukraine, there were at least 12 (now up to 16) HIMARS systems - 6 in Dnepropetrovsk, with subsequent distribution of 2 to the Kryvyi Rih and 4 Zaporozhye directions, 2 to Kharkiv and 4 to the Nikolaev direction”- said in the message.

It is noted that despite the fact that missiles launched by Himars MLRS fly at a speed of about 3,5 MAX, air defense systems are able to deal with such weapons, but they still pose a significant danger.
