The Moscow Arbitration Court began its consideration of the complaint "Air Samara" against the Federal Air Transport Agency.

Let's remind, that about one month ago the Samara airline remained dissatisfied with the decision of Rosaviation on the fact of suspension of the carrier's activity. On the part of Rosaviatsia experts, there are multiple gross violations of safety rules for flights and passenger transportation by the air operator, and the checks themselves followed after the airline's airplane at the end of last year made a hard landing at the pilot's fault.

According to the information, Rosaviatsia will have to re-check the airline in December of this year, but it is possible that if the complaint is satisfied, this can happen much earlier.
