The recent strike on the arsenal in Toropets, Tver region, according to preliminary data, was planned with the direct participation of NATO. According to sources, Ukraine's allies could have chosen the most opportune moment for the attack using data received from reconnaissance satellites tracking the movements and loading of Russian military facilities. This information was provided by one of the administrators of the Telegram channel "MilitaryMaps".

The channel moderator claims that the strike was carried out at the moment when trains with ammunition arrived at the arsenal in Toropets, but they had not yet been unloaded and moved to protected shelters.

"NATO took direct part in the attack on the arsenals in Toropets. By choosing the most suitable moment for the attack (let's say trains with ammunition arrived and they simply did not have time to transfer them to protected shelters, which NATO is well aware of through satellite spies)"- stated Administrator of the Telegram channel "MilitaryMaps".
