German relatives of passengers killed in the crash of a passenger airliner on the territory of Ukraine fall in court against Poroshenko.

According to the lawyers of relatives, whose family members died in a plane crash in the Donetsk region, in their opinion, it was Ukraine that should have ensured the safety of flights on its territory, or otherwise close its airspace to civilian air carriers.

According to the statement of claim, Ukraine is obliged to pay the family of each deceased about 1 million euros, but whether or not this desire is satisfied will be decided at a trial, which may take place in the near future.
