The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Russian air defense forces destroyed 82 fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles launched from Ukrainian territory on the night of October 26.

"During the past night, air defense systems on duty intercepted and destroyed 82 Ukrainian aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles," - said the agency.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the largest number of drones—30—were shot down over the Bryansk Region, 26 over the Tula Region, and seven each over the Black Sea and the Sea of ​​Azov. Four drones were destroyed over the Krasnodar Region and the Ryazan Region, three over the Rostov Region, two over the Moscow Region (including one heading toward Moscow), and one each over the Kursk and Lipetsk Regions.

The incident did not result in casualties or damage.
