Debris from a downed Ukrainian drone caused a fire in a private sector in Dzhubga, Kuban.

Krasnodar Krai, June 9 — Avia.pro. A ground accident involving debris from a downed Ukrainian Armed Forces unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was reported in the Tuapse District of Krasnodar Krai. The regional Operational Headquarters officially reported the incident in the resort area.

According to official agency data, the wreckage of a kamikaze drone destroyed by Ukrainian air defense forces crashed into a private residence in the resort town of Dzhubga. The impact of the burning components sparked a massive fire, quickly igniting two private homes.

Emergency response teams from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Krasnodar Territory, fire brigades, and city emergency services immediately responded to the scene to contain the fire and prevent its spread to neighboring residential buildings. The fire's size, as well as any potential casualties among local residents and vacationers, are currently being verified by representatives of the emergency response headquarters and relevant agencies.
