In Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region, during the dismantling of the former Snezhkom ski resort, metal and concrete elements partially collapsed, landing on a parking lot and nearby buildings. The incident was recorded on November 11th. The debris damaged dozens of cars, shattering windows, denting their bodies, and causing scratches. Police have cordoned off the area, and emergency services are on the scene.
According to the Telegram channel "Baza," at least two people were injured. One passerby sustained a leg injury when he was crushed by debris, and the other, a woman, suffered cuts from shards of glass in a nearby building. No one required hospitalization.
The moment of the fall was captured on video: a significant part of the structure collapsed with a loud noise, raising a cloud of dust.
"The debris fell on parked cars and damaged the siding of a neighboring house.", — reports the Telegram channel “Caution, News.”
The dismantling of Snezhkom, Russia's only indoor all-season ski slope, has dragged on for two years, and has been plagued by incidents. In December 2024, a worker died when beams collapsed, falling 50 meters. In November 2023, a crane collapsed, damaging a boiler room. In September 2025, a collapse left the Pavshinskaya Poima neighborhood without power due to a damaged cable. Residents complain of shaking and noise. The complex was closed in 2022 due to deterioration, and the site is planned to be put up for auction. Investigators are investigating the cause of this latest incident.
