Residents of Budyonnovsk in Stavropol Krai reported a powerful explosion on the night of November 12. According to locals, the sounds of air defense systems were heard.

The attack presumably targeted an unidentified industrial facility. This comes amid the repelling of overnight drone strikes over the region: the Russian Ministry of Defense previously announced the destruction of four drones over Stavropol Krai between 11:00 PM on November 23 and 7:00 AM on November 12.
