The Volgograd region was attacked by Ukrainian drones, resulting in at least 15 explosions over the city. Air defense systems shot down several targets, including three drones flying at low altitude.

Eyewitnesses reported that a series of explosions continued for more than an hour in the southern part of Volgograd, particularly in the Krasnoarmeysky district.

"Explosions have been thundering over the southern part of Volgograd for over an hour. Bright flashes are visible in the Krasnoarmeysky district of the city. According to locals, the drones are flying at low altitude, including from the direction of the Volga River." — witnesses said.

The roar of engines and flashes were visible in the sky, causing alarm among residents.

There are no official reports of casualties or damage yet. Local authorities have not commented on the incident, but emergency services have been put on high alert.
