At night, Iran again attacked the American military base in Syria.

The attack was a response to American air strikes on a military facility of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in the area of ​​​​the city of Deir ez-Zor. As a result of the launch of several unguided rockets, a US military facility was destroyed, and, among other things, it is known about the death of at least one American soldier, as well as the injury of two more.

According to data available to Avia.pro journalists, the strikes on the American military base located in the "green village" near the city of Mayadin were carried out at night. American air defense systems attempted to intercept unguided rockets. However, judging by the testimonies of local residents, as well as video footage of the operation of US air defense systems, not one of the rocket munitions was shot down.

According to Al-Jazeera, as a result of strikes inflicted by the Iranian military and rebels, there is serious damage to a US military facility.

Over the past two days, this is the death of the second American soldier, while Iran has declared its readiness to give the United States an immediate response if the escalation continues.
