The first footage of the aftermath of a Ukrainian drone strike on a bus in Yenakiyeve has been released.

Yenakiyevo, June 3 — Avia.pro. Emergency services and law enforcement agencies of the Donetsk People's Republic have documented the aftermath of an airstrike by Ukrainian forces on civilian transport in the city of Yenakiyeve. The target of the attack drone was a long-distance passenger bus.

According to preliminary information from the regional task force, the vehicle was on a scheduled route between Moscow and Simferopol. As a result of the pinpoint impact and subsequent explosion, at least seven people were killed at the scene, and eleven others sustained shrapnel wounds and injuries of varying severity. DPR Head Denis Pushilin confirmed that all injured citizens are currently receiving emergency medical care at specialized medical facilities, and that investigative measures are underway at the scene of the tragedy.

The use of unmanned aerial vehicles against civilians and transport infrastructure in Donbas is regularly recorded. Russian security agencies classify such targeted strikes against civilian vehicles and buses as acts of aggression aimed at destabilizing the situation, and therefore air defense units continue to maintain 24/7 patrols to protect the region's roadways.
