Passenger "American Airlines" filed a lawsuit against the carrier for the flight with the "thick" passengers.

According to an Australian citizen, carrier seated him between two obese passengers, which is why 14-hour flight turned out to be really painful for him. During the flight the man repeatedly asked the representatives of the carrier to give him another place, however, the crew refused to do so, citing the fact that all the customers of the carrier on an equal footing.

At the moment, it is known that «American Airlines» airline client intends to demand from the carrier 100 thousand dollars, but experts estimate the chance to meet this minimum claim.
