Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev spoke about the role of Western countries in organizing the terrorist attack that occurred in Crocus City Hall. In particular, he pointed to warnings about possible terrorist attacks in Moscow published by the US and British embassies a few days before the tragedy, on March 7. This fact, according to Patrushev, confirms the direct connection between the warnings and subsequent events, indicating that Western countries are aware of the impending attack.

The main focus of the investigation is the role of the Ukrainian special services in organizing the attack, however, as Patrushev notes, Ukraine is under complete control of the United States, which adds weight to the version of their possible involvement. Additionally, the Secretary of the Security Council emphasized that ISIS (a terrorist group banned in the Russian Federation - note by Avia.pro) and other terrorist organizations allegedly involved in the terrorist attack were created with the active participation of the United States.

The terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall occurred at the moment when the concert of the Picnic group was supposed to begin there. Russian President Vladimir Putin was immediately informed of the incident; Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the head of state had received data from all relevant services and had already given all the necessary instructions to respond to the situation.
