Air India pilot almost destroyed a passenger airliner for fun

An Airbus A320neo passenger plane almost crashed due to the pilot's curiosity.

The pilot of the Indian airline "Air India" almost destroyed a passenger airliner with passengers on board. During the flight from Mumbai to Bangalore, the pilot of a passenger airliner turned off one of the two engines of the Airbus A320neo aircraft in order to check whether the airliner could continue the flight, however, during the flight he could not start it back.

According to Indian media, during the flight from Mumbai to Bangalore, the pilot reported the failure of one of the engines. Nevertheless, as it became known, the power plant could have been turned off on purpose, in connection with which there was evidence that the pilot of a passenger aircraft could do this purposefully.

At the moment, it is known that as a result of an emergency landing, none of the passengers on board the aircraft were injured, however, the pilot of the passenger airliner was suspended from work due to an ongoing investigation. This indirectly confirms the data that the cause of the emergency was the deliberate actions of the crew, although officially these data have not yet been confirmed.
