A series of more than 15 explosions rocked Kharkiv, causing a partial power outage in the city. According to local residents, the attacks may have been linked to Russian Geran-2 drones targeting energy facilities. It is preliminarily believed that Ukrainian forces launched an attack on Belgorod from Kharkiv, where power outages had previously been reported.
Residents in Kharkiv's suburbs reported between 15 and 18 explosions, with flashes visible in various areas. Damage was reported at the Kharkiv Rope Factory, where a large fire and thick black smoke erupted. According to unofficial reports, the Bavaria substation was also hit.
The strikes caused power outages in the central and southern parts of the city, and water supplies were temporarily cut off in some neighborhoods. There are no official statements from the authorities yet.
