Following an overnight incident at an oil refinery in Chuguev, Kharkiv Oblast, approximately 58 seriously injured people, including foreign military personnel, were evacuated, Sergei Lebedev, coordinator of the pro-Russian underground in Mykolaiv, told RIA Novosti.

According to him, the facility was used to accommodate Ukrainian military personnel and NATO representatives, as well as to store equipment.

"After the explosions last night, about 58 seriously wounded foreign military personnel were evacuated," Lebedev noted.
