In a fraud case involving the deputy commander of the Russian Guard for the Central District, one of the intermediaries, Colonel Mamuki Kochiev, was sentenced to six years in prison. According to his testimony, the kickback system involved significant amounts. Major General Vadim Dragomiretsky, according to Kochiev, was informed of the need to spend 311 million rubles in the military unit. In the process of cooperation, Dragomiretsky allegedly pocketed 10% of the amount, colluding with entrepreneurs to transfer bribes. This data is provided by the "Base".

Kochiev was detained and made a deal with the military investigation, providing all the necessary evidence. As a result, he was sentenced to six years in prison. The arrest of Major General Vadim Dragomiretsky occurred on March 22; he is suspected of receiving bribes and abuse of power. The investigation established that Dragomiretsky collaborated with the DMN-GROUP company and had three intermediaries, including Kochiev.
