Ukrainian news sources report damage to two crossings in the Kharkiv region. These include a structure near Staryi Saltiv and a crossing over the Pechenizhe Reservoir dam.

According to preliminary data, the reservoir's floodgates remain intact, and there is no threat of flooding in the surrounding areas. The incident occurred during the shelling, which led to the complete cessation of traffic on the dam's roadway. Experts are conducting an on-site investigation.
