The British Prime Minister announced an increase in the supply of weapons to Ukraine.

As part of his statement, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said that there should be no doubt about Ukraine's support against Russia. According to the British Prime Minister, the UK in 2023 will not only maintain the supply of weapons to Ukraine, but also increase the supply.

"Don't hesitate. We will continue to support Ukraine for as long as it takes. We will maintain or even increase our military assistance in the coming year. We will deliver new air defense assistance to protect the Ukrainians and the critical infrastructure they rely on. By defending Ukraine, we are defending ourselves"said Rishi Sunak.

It should be noted that despite some skepticism, the decision of the British Prime Minister was quite expected. To date, it is known that in 2023 the UK plans to transfer to Ukraine up to 9 additional M270 MLRS MLRS launchers, artillery mounts, missile systems, air defense systems, ammunition and other military equipment. This, of course, can seriously enhance the defense capability of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
