A fleet of cars belonging to prominent cultural figures has once again found itself in the spotlight following a serious traffic accident in Moscow. It has been reported that a premium Toyota Alphard minivan belonging to People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina was seriously damaged in a collision. The incident occurred in Moscow's Strogino district, where the singer's black car collided with a Volkswagen. Fortunately, there were no injuries, but the owner suffered significant property damage.
The collision damaged the driver's door, mirrors, glass, and expensive headlights of the luxury Japanese car. According to preliminary estimates by technical specialists, repairing this 2024 model could cost approximately one million rubles. This high cost is due not only to the complexity of modern electronics integrated into the bodywork but also to difficulties in obtaining original components. Finding the right parts for the new Alphard model on the current market is a difficult and expensive task, which directly impacts the final bill at the service center.
The situation is made especially poignant by the fact that the artist acquired this car quite recently, in April of this year, and its market value at the time of purchase was estimated at approximately 16 million rubles. This fact also drew public attention because the period of updating her personal fleet coincided with the singer's public statements about financial difficulties. Now Larisa Dolina must resolve the issue of restoring her flagship minivan, which, in such a short period of use, has already required investments comparable in price to a new budget car.
