As a result of the crash of the An-26 aircraft near Almaty, there are two survivors.

A few hours ago, the plane of the Kazakhstan border service An-26 crashed near the airport of Almaty. The circumstances of the plane crash have not yet been officially named, while, by the current hour, there is information that out of the six people on board the aircraft, two managed to survive - they were taken in critical condition to a local hospital, where for their lives doctors continue to fight.

At the moment, there are several versions of what happened. In particular, it is reported about the probable failure of one of the engines, as a result of which the plane began to roll quickly and, despite the efforts of the crew, it still crashed, and according to another version, the control failure was the culprit.

There is unconfirmed information that the crew of the crashed side reported problems, but could not make an emergency landing on the ground.

According to official data, until today there were 6 An-26 and An-26B aircraft in service with Kazakhstan.
