Prigozhin: PMC Wagner's exit routes from Artyomovsk were mined with tons of explosives

The founder of Wagner PMC Yevgeny Prigozhin said that the escape routes from the city of Bakhmut (Artyomovsk) for Wagner PMC fighters were mined.

Prigozhin claims that at the moment there are no provocations from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Instead, they ran into unexpected difficulties from the other side.

"Shortly before the exit, we discovered suspicious activity on our path of advance. We called law enforcement and found about a dozen places where dozens of explosive devices were placed, ranging from hundreds of anti-tank mines to tons of plastid"- says Prigogine.

He claims that all these explosive devices were under external control and the explosion could have been carried out remotely. According to Prigozhin, an investigation is currently underway and it turned out that representatives of the Ministry of Defense installed these charges. The question of why they made such a decision caused them a vague answer.

“When asked why they did it, they poked their fingers up. These charges did not need to be stacked to contain the enemy, because they are in the rear zone. Therefore, it can be assumed that with these charges they wanted to meet the forces of PMC "Wagner""- said Prigogine.

At the moment, there are no official comments on Prigozhin's statement.
