On October 9, after two hours of being in the air, a passenger plane returned to Domodedovo airport on a Moscow-Tokyo flight. The reason was a malfunction of the toilets on board the aircraft. The entire system that was responsible for their work was out of order. All passengers returned safely to Domodedovo at about 23.00 Moscow time. Specialists of the Japanese airline JAL are investigating the causes of the malfunctions.

Similar incidents have already happened to the Dreamliner. In August, the flight from Tokyo to San Diego (California, USA) returned to the city of departure due to problems with the wing. Frequent problems contributed to the removal of the post of chief engineer of the company JAL.
