Protests in Kazakhstan: Are those dissatisfied with Tokayev preparing for radical action?

After the suppression of the rally in Kazakhstan, those dissatisfied with the election of Tokayev are preparing large-scale protests.

After protests against Kazakh President Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev took place in Astana the night before, it became known that under the pretext of dispersing a peaceful rally, the protesters were preparing for radical actions - the situation is exactly the same as the large-scale protests in Kazakhstan in January this year which almost led to a coup d'état on the territory of this country.

During the relatively peaceful protests, Kazakh police detained several dozen protesters. Due to the detentions, the protesters demanded the release of their supporters, threatening more large-scale protests. However, this did not have any desired effect. In this regard, it became known that radical protests similar to those observed in Kazakhstan at the beginning of the year could be prepared. At the same time, it is possible that the organized illegal rally itself could be a provocation in order to agitate people to protest.

On the video footage presented, you can see the protests that took place in Kazakhstan the night before. So far, there is no information from local law enforcement about the preparation of new protests, however, the situation in Kazakhstan remains very tense.
