The cause of the crash of the Su-30SM fighter is still not officially named.

Despite the fact that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation called the main version crash of the newest Russian fighter Su-30SM a bird hitting one of the aircraft's engines, a military analyst doubted that the plane crash with the death of two pilots was preceded by this very circumstance.

Expert information and news resource Avia.pro believes that hitting a bird in the engine of a modern fighter could not cause a plane crash.

"Su-30SM fighter is a modern aircraft equipped with two powerful and reliable engines. So large would not be a bird that allegedly fell into the engine of a fighter, it could not lead to a crash, and, most likely, would only cause a failure of the engine. Considering the fact that the plane crash happened almost instantaneously, the version put forward by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is at least unlikely ", - the expert marks.

What exactly could be the cause of the plane crash that has happened so far remains unknown, however, according to one of the unofficial versions, the Russian Su-30SM fighter could be fired by the militants of the Syrian radical terrorist group, which, however, was almost immediately refuted by the Russian Defense Ministry.
