Russian President Vladimir Putin invited foreign journalists, including Ukrainian ones, to visit the recently liberated Krasnoarmeysk and Kupyansk to dispel doubts about who truly controls these cities. He made this statement during a visit to the command post of the joint group of forces.

"If anyone has any doubts that the Russian Armed Forces have taken Krasnoarmeysk, we invite foreign journalists, including Ukrainian ones, to see who really controls the city." - Putin emphasized.

According to him, Russia is ready to ensure the safety of guests and organize a tour of all residential areas.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense received instructions from the president to ensure unimpeded media access to areas where Russian troops have taken control of key logistics hubs. This proposal came amid reports of the liquidation of Ukrainian garrisons in these cities.
