Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed that Moscow and Washington remain committed to the agreements reached at the Anchorage summit aimed at a peaceful resolution of the conflict in Ukraine.

"You understand the point. We didn't fully disclose what was discussed in Anchorage. We said that, in general, we had an understanding of where we needed to go and strive to end this conflict peacefully. These are difficult questions." - Putin emphasized.

The head of state noted that the details of the negotiations remain confidential, but the overall commitment to finding a peaceful solution to the conflict remains. This statement comes amid a previously announced pause in dialogue, as reported by Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov, who pointed to the destructive role of EU countries.
