Moscow, June 4 — Avia.pro. The Russian Federation expresses its willingness to accept the compromise solutions to resolve the crisis that were agreed upon during the meetings in Anchorage. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this on Thursday, emphasizing that the Ukrainian side's consent is required to finalize the process.
The head of state noted that the conflict in Ukraine has the potential to end soon. However, the main factor for this remains the willingness of Kyiv to make concessions and accept the parameters previously agreed upon diplomatically. The president did not provide any specific details or the content of these agreements in his speech.
The Russian leader's statement was reported by the TASS news agency. Moscow's current position indicates that diplomatic channels for discussing the peace process will be maintained if the other side in the conflict accepts the previously agreed-upon terms and framework for compromise.
