Nepal has become interested in Russian SSJ-100.

At an international aerospace show in India, a contract was signed for the delivery of five Russian Sukhoi SuperJet-100 passenger airliners to Nepal. It is expected that the terms of the contract will be met by the year of 2017, but it is also possible that the number of aircraft delivered can increase.

The authorities of Nepal expressed their interest in Russian aircraft mainly because of their high reliability and low cost, and in general, it is necessary to emphasize the fact that these Russian aircraft are already very popular in many countries of the world.
