The characteristics of the engine for the strategic bomber of the new generation have become known.

The power plant, which will be used in the strategic bomber of the new generation of the project “PAK DA”, and earlier it was reported that the plane was named “Shadow”, is already being actively tested. As evidence of this, “Telegram” channel “Gallifrey technologies” presented a certain document in which not only the test results of a low-pressure turbine (LPT) in the engine, which received the name “RF”, were disclosed, but also schematic images of the turbine shaft, as well as a description modes of its work.

Given the fact that we are talking about data obtained from tests of a low-pressure turbine, experts note that this means that the process of creating a power plant for the newest strategic bomber is moving at a very intensive pace.

Earlier it was reported that the engine thrust for the project "PAK DA" will be about 230 kN.
