June 18. Reconstruction of the Lipetsk airport will be completed earlier than planned - the new delivery date is set for September.

The acceleration of work on the reconstruction of the airport was made by the authorities of Lipetsk, and the decision is primarily due to the fact that the increase in the runway, that is, the work being carried out now, will allow accepting international flights, and this can bring the airport big profits and an increase in passenger traffic through this air harbor.

It should be noted that until now it was supposed to complete the reconstruction of the Lipetsk airport only in November of this year, and in the event that the reconstruction works are completed on the scheduled dates, the airport can be given international status.
