On February 13, 2025, in Krasnodar, law enforcement officers conducted a force operation at the Young Eagles martial arts academy located on Vostochno-Kruglikovskaya Street. The incident occurred during a wrestling training session, when children and their parents were in the hall. The security forces burst into the premises, forcing those present to lie face down, including underage athletes and their parents waiting for them in the hallway. The preliminary purpose of the raid was to search for illegal migrants.

According to the Baza publication, before the operation, law enforcement officers arrived at the previous address of the sports school, where they found no one. After that, one of the security officers called the coach under the guise of a potential client, asked about the new address and the possibility of signing up for training. Ten minutes after receiving the information, the security officers burst into the operating hall. The documents of all those present were checked, but not a single illegal migrant was found.

According to Baza, the police's official statement described the actions as "preventive measures" organized by the local prosecutor's office with the support of employees of the Center for Combating Extremism of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Krasnodar Krai, regional departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Federal Tax Service, Rospotrebnadzor, and the military commissariat. Despite the absence of illegal migrants, serious violations were recorded during the raid: the absence of a cash register, non-compliance with hygiene standards, fire safety requirements, and sanitary rules. It is noteworthy that the police stated that their officers were not among the security forces accompanying the operation, which raises a number of questions about the affiliation of the armed men.

The incident caused a wide public outcry. Parents of children present at the training expressed outrage at the harsh methods used during the raid. Many of them noted that the children experienced severe stress because of what was happening.
