Russia and China have agreed on joint production of wide-body aircraft.

As it became known informagentsvu Avia.pro, the new joint Russian-Chinese project of wide-body aircraft can be designed based on MS-21 domestic airliner, which, despite the fact that its real production has not yet started, has been very popular. It is expected that the development of a new passenger airliner takes about 5-7 years, while the estimated amount of investment in the project will be about 13-20 billion dollars.

According to preliminary data, the passenger aircraft will be able to carry on its board until 280 people, while the maximum range airliner flight will be about 12-12,5 thousand kilometers.
