The Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Washington, Anatoly Antonov, expressed outrage at the reaction of the US authorities to the provocative actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kursk region. Antonov emphasized that the actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the region are a terrorist act and no one hides the fact that American weapons were used to kill Russians.

“The United States must stop supplying arms to Ukraine and “punish” the neo-Nazis from the Armed Forces of Ukraine”- said Antonov.

He noted that the use of US weapons to attack Russian civilians is unacceptable and requires immediate action by the American authorities.

According to the ambassador, the provocative actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are a direct consequence of the support that the United States provides to Ukraine.

At the same time, the United States did not comment on Antonov’s statements, but previously stated that it would not interfere with the actions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, considering them Ukraine’s sovereign right to self-defense.
