Russian designers will present a fundamentally new military aircraft on July 20.

A fundamentally new military aircraft, developed by domestic designers, will be presented at the MAKS-2021 International Aviation Show. At the moment, practically nothing is known about the latest development, however, the information has quickly attracted the interest of military analysts and specialists.

Judging by the presented small promo video, we are probably talking about a new version of the fifth generation Su-57 fighter. This is evidenced by the corresponding silhouette reflected on the sea surface. However, what exactly is the key feature of the fighter is unknown, but there are suggestions that it could be a two-seat version, a single-engine version, a version equipped with second stage engines, or something else.

Moreover, judging by the published video frames, countries such as India, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, Argentina, etc. may show interest in the Russian military aircraft. Nevertheless, it remains unknown why this version is called a fundamentally new military aircraft. This does not exclude the possibility that we can really talk about an original novelty.
