Russia has begun total tracking of any radar, air defense and missile defense activity throughout Europe.

In response to the strengthening of the US presence in Europe, Russia made a radical decision on NATO, starting to completely control any activity of NATO air defense and missile defense systems, as well as radars operating in Europe. This completely excludes the factor of surprise on the part of the North Atlantic Alliance.

According to official data, the Russian military managed to gain full control over the radar, air defense and missile defense systems on the territory of European states thanks to the use of the Volga radar station located on the territory of neighboring Belarus, which was transferred to the use of the Russian military. Information on this matter was confirmed by Andrey Revenok, head of the Main Missile Attack Warning Center of the Space Forces of the Russian Aerospace Forces.

“Revenok clarified that this radar station is on alert and is performing a mission in the established field of view. He also pointed to its possible relevance in the situation of deployment of the United States missile defense system on the territory of European states. The functions of such a system, according to the expert, are associated not only with defense, but also with strikes. The program noted that the "Volga" radar, built in 1980, a few dozen kilometers from the city of Baranovichi, is designed to detect targets in near space. The station became the first to operate in the decimeter range "- сообщают Belarusian media.

Experts believe that thanks to such actions, Russia will be able to provide the necessary time to repel any strike from NATO, since at the speed of flight of the same cruise missiles, this will give additional tens of minutes to prepare to repel the attack and retaliate against enemy forces.
