A Russian flew to the USA without a passport, visa or air ticket

An incredible incident occurred with Russian Sergei Vladimirovich Ochigava, who was able to enter the United States of America without a passport, visa or air ticket. This incident became the subject of an investigation by the FBI and raised eyebrows among American authorities.

According to information that appeared in the media, Ochigawa was detained at Los Angeles airport while going through passport control because his name was not found on the passenger lists of any of the arriving international flights. Ochigawa was unable to produce any documents proving his identity or eligibility to enter the United States, and said he did not remember how he ended up on board the plane.

The FBI documents indicate that the Russian had not slept for three days and was having difficulty understanding what was happening. His luggage included Russian and Israeli domestic ID cards, screenshots from the Maps app showing a hostel in Kiel, Germany, and photos of a display board at Copenhagen Airport.

Representatives of the airline operating the flight from Copenhagen confirmed that Ochigawa was indeed on board their plane. He occupied the empty seat 36D and behaved unusually, moving around the cabin, interacting with passengers and asking for additional portions of food.

A court in Los Angeles accused Ochigawa of traveling without the necessary documents, and he is currently in custody. Ochigawa himself cannot explain how he managed to get through customs in Copenhagen and board the plane, and also does not remember what he did in Denmark, except that he is an economist by profession.
