The Russian army launched an intensive offensive in the area of ​​​​Disputed, covering the approaches to Lisichansk.

After an unsuccessful counterattack by the Ukrainian military in the area of ​​​​Disputed, as a result of which a large amount of military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was destroyed, it became known that the Russian army had launched its offensive in this area.

To date, this sector of the front is marked by very serious clashes. However, according to the Secretary of the Security Council of the Chechen Republic, Apti Alaudinov, the Russian military is intensively advancing in this direction, demonstrating success.

“Every day we hear that the enemy is advancing in our direction, that he has some very serious successes. I want to note that on our sector of the front, our fighters, together with the Second Army Corps of the People's Militia of the LPR and the "musicians" ("Wagner Group") every day, are slowly advancing in the direction of the enemy, we are squeezing some sections of the front"- said Alaudinov.

This sector of the front is of a very important nature, as it allows covering Lisichansk from the offensive of Ukrainian troops and, at the same time, provides an opportunity for organizing a counteroffensive in the direction of Liman.
