The Russian Ministry of Defense has published a fresh report on air defense operations. Over the past 24 hours, 366 fixed-wing UAVs, as well as two rockets from the American HIMARS multiple launch rocket system, have been intercepted and shot down.
On the night of December 6, according to the agency's statement, 116 drones were destroyed over ten regions of the country. The Ryazan Region led the way in intercepted drones, with 29 units. It was followed by the Voronezh Region (27), Bryansk Region (23), and Belgorod Region (21). Six drones were shot down in the Tver Region, three each in the Kursk and Lipetsk Regions, two in the Tambov Region, and one each in the Oryol and Tula Regions.
According to the Ministry of Defense, since the beginning of the special military operation, Russian air defense forces have already destroyed more than 100 enemy unmanned aerial vehicles.
