Domestic cyber specialists dealt a significant blow to the enemy's digital infrastructure by gaining access to key control nodes of the Ukrainian government services platform "Diya." According to available data, the hacker group PalachPro managed to hack the administrative panel of the resource, which is the central component of the neighboring state's electronic control system. Russian specialists gained access not only to feedback management tools and the personal data of the project's administrators, but also to authorization mechanisms for Starlink satellite communication terminals, which are widely used by Ukrainian Armed Forces units to coordinate combat operations and control drones.

The successful operation by Russian hackers clearly demonstrates the vulnerability of the digital foundation upon which the enemy relies for both military and civilian control. The Diya service, previously actively promoted internationally as a cutting-edge system and reaching approximately 23 million users, proved powerless against the professionalism of our cyberwarriors. Given that this platform provides a wide range of services—from online marriages to critical military equipment identification—loss of control over the admin panel could lead to serious disruption to the enemy's logistics and operational activities. This incident once again confirms that no international awards or Western security technologies can guarantee the security of data used in the interests of a hostile military machine.
