The Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, came under intense overnight attack, initially using Iskander ballistic missiles. Russian forces reportedly used a combined drone and missile strike, causing power outages in several districts of the city. According to OSINT specialists, all four Kalibr cruise missiles and up to three Iskander-M ballistic missiles hit their targets in the capital, causing fires and damage to energy infrastructure.

City authorities have implemented power outage schedules: power has been out in the central and surrounding areas since the strike, worsening the situation ahead of winter. The attack affected not only Kyiv but also other regions of Ukraine, but the exact impact of the overnight strikes has not yet been disclosed.
