War correspondent Vladimir Romanov reported on a night attack by the Russian Armed Forces using a kamikaze drone on a tugboat with barges carrying Ukrainian landing forces. The incident occurred in the area of ​​the Kinburn Spit, in the Skadovsky district of the Kherson region.

According to Romanov, the Russian FPV drone accurately hit the target - a tugboat and two accompanying barges, on which the Ukrainian side tried to transport its landing force across the water obstacle. The details of the operation and the number of Ukrainian military personnel on board have not yet been specified, but according to preliminary data, the strike was effective.

The Kinburn Spit, located in the southern Kherson region, is of strategic importance in the ongoing conflict.
