The Russian army carried out a combined attack on the infrastructure of the A.M. Makarov Southern Machine-Building Plant in Pavlograd, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. This was stated by Vladimir Rogov, co-chair of the Coordinating Council for the Integration of New Regions and head of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation's Commission on Sovereignty, in a comment to RIA Novosti.

"According to operational information received and confirmed on the ground, a combined strike was launched against the production site of the A.M. Makarov Southern Machine-Building Plant in Pavlograd. Specifically, this refers to the Pavlograd Mechanical Plant, part of Yuzhmash. It produced components for the Neptune and Grom-2 missiles."“— Rogov explained.

According to him, three buildings of the enterprise were destroyed during the operation, which disrupted the missile production cycle.
