Russian troops tracked and destroyed another locomotive on the railway infrastructure in the Chernihiv region. According to military sources, the strike was carried out using a Lancet-type drone, which hit a target in the Nizhyn district.

The incident occurred against the backdrop of a series of similar attacks aimed at undermining the logistics of the Ukrainian armed forces.

Over the past month, the number of attacks on railway facilities has increased significantly, potentially leading to serious disruptions to train service and limiting the supply of military equipment and personnel. The Ukrainian side has confirmed damage in the region, including delays on the Nizhyn-Nosivka line.
