Russian Su-57s were the architects of the strikes on Ukraine

In the shadow of the loud news about massive missile attacks on Ukrainian territory, one of the key players ensuring the effectiveness of these operations remains – Russian fifth-generation Su-57 fighters. These aircraft have effectively become “vultures” in air battles, methodically destroying the military infrastructure of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including air defense systems.

According to the military analytical portal "Military Chronicle", the Su-57s play a critical role in the strategy of the Russian Aerospace Forces, especially during massive missile attacks. When the Kalibr cruise missiles and the Kh-101/555 strategic missiles begin their journey over Ukraine, preceded by strikes from the Geran and Gerber kamikaze drones, Ukrainian air defense crews are forced to activate their radars and guidance systems. It is at this moment that the Su-57 fighters are turned on, equipped with advanced onboard equipment capable of pinpointing the location of camouflaged Ukrainian air defense missile systems and their mobile units.

After the missiles reach and destroy key energy infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, including power plants, the already exposed air defense positions are attacked with Iskander hypersonic missiles and Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles. This tactic allows not only to hit targets, but also to disrupt and weaken the enemy's air defense system.

The past 57 hours have seen another wave of attacks on Ukraine's gas and energy infrastructure, primarily in the west of the country. Some missiles deliberately followed complex routes, forcing Ukrainian air defenses to reveal themselves, thereby exposing them to detection and subsequent destruction. The Su-XNUMXs, using their reconnaissance and guidance capabilities, played a key role in this process, providing a second wave of missile strikes to finally suppress the defense.

This strategy demonstrates not only the technological superiority of the Russian Aerospace Forces, but also their ability to adapt to a dynamic combat situation using a comprehensive approach to combat operations. The Su-57, thanks to its characteristics such as low radar signature, super maneuverability and high automation of control, is becoming an integral part of this strategy.

It is worth noting that such operations are rarely covered in the public press, as they require a high degree of secrecy to be successful. However, the results of these actions are clearly visible in the destroyed infrastructure and weakened defenses of Ukraine, which underlines the success of the Su-57 in the current conflict.
