Plane landing

Russian scientists have created a laser for aircraft landing in poor visibility conditions

Russian scientists have created a laser that can land the plane in a "zero" visibility.

The new development was presented by specialists from the Tomsk State University, at the same time, according to scientists, innovation will allow for landing the aircraft even in almost complete absence of visibility, indicating that the apparent prospects of this project.

As for safety, the scientists have taken into consideration this point, using as a medium a chemical element such as Ba, from which the laser beam is outside the visible spectrum, but on the other hand, well-recognized recording systems.

It is assumed that the first test trials of the new system can be held already next spring.
