The Russian military deployed the latest S-350 Vityaz air defense systems armed with 12 missiles to the NVO zone

The newest S-350 "Vityaz" was seen covering the military airfield of the Russian Aerospace Forces.

The newest Russian S-350 Vityaz anti-aircraft missile systems were spotted in the zone of the special military operation. The latter provide cover for a military airfield used by the Russian Aerospace Forces for the use of combat aviation means - helicopters and attack aircraft - in the NVO zone. This is the first documentary confirmation of the use of these anti-aircraft missile systems in the framework of the ongoing SVO.

In the photographs presented, you can see that the S-350 Vityaz air defense systems are really involved in the protection of military facilities of the Russian Aerospace Forces. Due to the fact that each of these systems simultaneously carries 12 anti-aircraft guided missiles, experts note that with the help of these weapons it is possible to quite successfully repel attacks by combat aircraft, drones and even long-range cruise missiles, which have recently appeared in the arsenal of Ukraine.

For obvious reasons, there are no clarifications as to exactly where the S-350 Vityaz air defense systems were deployed, however, thanks to the capabilities of the latest Russian systems, airfield cover is very reliable, since the Vityaz is capable of simultaneously firing targets 360 degrees in a circular direction. azimuth.
