In the Kharkov region, the destruction of the assault group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine took place. According to participants in those events, the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were planning an attack on the positions of the Russian army in the Orlyanka area. However, at night, the engineers of the Northern Fleet prepared a surprise - a "mine barrier" (a continuous minefield on the road) and several more containment methods.

In the morning, the assault detachment lined up behind the BMP and went on the attack, but eventually ran into anti-tank mines installed by Russian army sappers. As a result of the explosion, the armored car was torn apart, and almost the entire assault group was killed by shrapnel. Only one Ukrainian serviceman tried to escape, but he failed to escape. He was also eliminated.

The provided archival footage makes it possible to verify that in fact the result of the attack is the destruction of the assault group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and not the actions of artillery, as some sources claimed.

Such a case is far from the only one, and often ambushes on the Armed Forces of Ukraine are facilitated by the transfer of information about the preparation of Ukrainian attacks by local residents.
