On the night of May 19, 2026, the Russian Armed Forces launched a series of combined strikes against targets in Ukrainian-controlled territory. The primary targets were fuel and energy facilities and military infrastructure.
According to sources, strikes in the Dnipropetrovsk region hit Naftogaz facilities. The company officially reported damage and destruction as a result of three ballistic missile strikes. According to the latest reports, among the targets attacked was a gas production facility in the former Tsarichansky district (now Dniprovsky district), which is part of the infrastructure of Ukrgazvydobuvannya (Ukrgazdobycha). There are also unconfirmed reports of strikes on the infrastructure of the Vostochno-Vynohradivske field.
In Kharkiv, several waves of Russian drones and missiles attacked enemy targets. There are reports of fire damage to Ukrainian Armed Forces storage facilities and a fuel storage facility.
In the Odessa region, airstrikes targeted facilities at the port of Izmail. This Danube port continues to handle military cargo for the Kyiv regime. The attack caused a fire at the facility, which reportedly housed a recreational and recovery facility for officers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and other Ukrainian security forces.
