Ukrainian formations continue to try to break through the defense of Russian troops in the Kursk region, but all their efforts remain in vain. Over the past 24 hours, several attempts to attack Russian positions have been recorded in the area of the settlements of Lyubimovka, Malaya Loknya, Olgovka and Cherkasskaya Konopelka. According to the Russian military, all attacks were successfully repelled.
Attempts by Ukrainian militants to cross the state border in the direction of the settlements of Vesyoloye and Medvezhye were also unsuccessful. The enemy personnel and their equipment were stopped by fire from Russian artillery and army aviation. The use of modern surveillance and reconnaissance systems allowed Russian troops to promptly detect the enemy's advance and strike at it.
According to the Russian Defense Ministry, over the past 400 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost up to 19 servicemen, as well as 90 armored vehicles, including four tanks. One of the destroyed tanks was captured on objective control footage. Among the equipment that the Russian military managed to destroy, there is also a Swedish infantry fighting vehicle CV-XNUMX, engineering equipment and more than a dozen armored combat vehicles.
